Care Path Builder & Push Notifications

Wibbi introduces new tools like Care Path Templates and Push Notifications to enhance patient engagement and care delivery.

The Wibbi Patient Journey to Success

The Wibbi Team has been diligently working on new tools designed to enhance both the patient and professional experience. A key focus has been on refining Care Paths—customized, structured treatment plans that streamline the delivery of care and improve patient outcomes.

We are pleased to share a preview of several new enhancements currently in testing:

  • Push Notifications
  • Care Path Templates
  • Client Event History
  • HEP Duration Management

We invite you to watch a short demo showcasing these improvements.

Push Notifications

Help patients stay engaged and on track with automatic push notifications.

Notifications are tailored based on the client’s profile in Wibbi and can be adjusted by the patient at any time within their portal.

Care Path Templates

Easily group related activities into a single Care Path Template. These templates are now directly accessible from the client profile.

Please note: the 'Manage Episode of Care' button has been removed, and all related functionality is now integrated into Care Path Templates.

Client Event History

The 'Manage Episode of Care' feature has been replaced by 'Client Event History'. This new page enables users to filter client activity by event type, including login history, program creation, webhook status, program updates, and form actions—offering clearer visibility into patient interactions.

HEP Duration Management

Home Exercise Programs (HEPs) now include definitive start and end dates. From the Program Editor, you can specify the days exercises should be performed and define the number of weeks the program will remain active.

Programs will automatically expire on the set end date, which remains visible in the client’s program list. With integrated push notifications, patients will receive timely reminders—based on their preferences—to complete exercises on scheduled days. For example, a program set for four weeks will prompt patients daily for the duration.
