Wibbi Vive Patient Mobile App & Managing Patient Portal V2 Access

Next-Generation Patient Portal Experience

We have introduced Wibbi Vive, our newly enhanced patient mobile app, designed to provide your patients with an improved and seamless experience online.  

 

 

Existing Patients

  • All existing patients will be left Toggled Off for the new patient portal. They will not experience any changes and can continue to use the program links and mobile app they have already downloaded on their devices. 

New Patients

  • New patients will automatically be Toggled On for the new patient portal. They will be guided to download the new Wibbi Vive App or the Custom Branded App of your clinic.

Converting Existing Patients 

  • To convert an existing patient to the new patient portal experience simply Toggle On the option and Send a New Program Invitation via email or SMS text message. 

 

Experience for Existing Clients using Chat Messaging

For our customers who were previously using the Messaging before the update, you will see some small differences now that your patients are updated to the new Patient Portal. Refer to this article to learn more "How to Use Chat Messaging". 

  • PATIENT REQUIREMENT - Take note that the chat messaging feature requires the patient to be on the newest version of the Wibbi patient portal. If you were an existing Wibbi customer before the update then all of your patients with messaging enabled will be automatically updated to the new patient portal experience. They will need to reconnect to their patient portal and will be prompted to do so the first time they connect.
